WHITE SAGE:

White Sage has been used for millennia by Native Americans and continues to be used today as a means of cleansing negative energies, purifying environments and objects, protecting oneself from negativity, and opening the mind and bringing peace. How to recognize negative energy: If, when you light a white smudge, the smoke released is thin and delicate, it means the energy of the home is clean.
