The general conditions of sale may be subject to periodic updates. Those published on ribesoflove.com and accepted at checkout are considered binding.

PRODUCT AVAILABILITY
If the product is no longer available due to simultaneous purchases by multiple users, you will be sent an order cancellation email with a refund of the amount paid for the purchase.

PURCHASE METHODS
For each product selected, a descriptive sheet is displayed, with the image and essential characteristics, for example: color, size, unit price.
The images and colours of the products offered for sale on ribesoflove.com may not correspond to the actual ones due to the Internet browser and/or monitor used: Ribes of LOVE is not responsible for any inaccuracies due to a particular computer configuration or malfunction.
ORDER
Placing a purchase order implies knowledge of these general conditions of sale and their unconditional acceptance.
PAYMENT METHODS
The following payment methods are accepted:
- PayPal
- Postpay top-up
- Bank transfer
- Payment by credit or debit card, via the secure STRIPE platform, therefore the Ribes of LOVE company does not receive any data entered by the customer at the time of payment
- Klarna installment payment system in 3 solutions
- Cash on delivery, if available .
SHIPPING METHODS
Your product will be shipped as soon as your order is ready. Shipping times vary depending on your chosen payment method. Once your order is prepared for shipping, you will receive a text message from the courier with the tracking number you need to track your product during transit.
The tracking number will be automatically sent to the customer via email or SMS by the chosen carrier as soon as the package is entered into the logistics system.
Shipping is carried out by the carrier chosen by the customer at checkout.
Goods travel at the Customer's risk. Risk of loss, damage, or deterioration of the goods passes to the Customer upon delivery to the carrier, even when transportation is organized or paid for by the Seller. The Seller is not responsible for any damage, delay, or loss occurring during transportation.
Ribes of LOVE does not provide assistance with deliveries or packages held in stores. Customers are encouraged to contact the customer service department of their chosen carrier directly.
Please note that shipping is free for orders over €150, except for current promotions advertised on the home page.
Otherwise, shipping costs are automatically calculated by the carrier you select based on your delivery area. Except for current promotions for international deliveries, only certain areas are available. If your area isn't available, you can send us a request by email to assistenza@ribesoflove.com.
Custom or made-to-measure orders are shipped within 10 working days of the order, the laboratory requires production times. Returns and exchanges are not accepted with configured products.
DELIVERY TIMES
Delivery for in-stock (unconfigured) products will be made within 2 working days from the moment the payment is credited.
Delivery for configured products will be made within 10 working days from the moment of payment.
For delivery purposes, working days are defined as Monday to Friday throughout the country where the service is active.
Deliveries may be subject to some delays, especially during the holidays. For any questions, please contact us at 351.5881865 or use the chat option at the bottom left for assistance.
Delivery delays are not our fault, but the carrier's, and we will not be held responsible for any disputes.
RETURNS
If you are not satisfied with the products you purchased, you can request a return and refund.
The amount will be refunded only after the conditions listed below have been verified, exclusively by bank transfer.
The conditions are as follows:
- The refund includes the payment of shipping costs, which will be deducted from the amount of the returned goods.
- The refund involves the payment of the commissions incurred by the company when crediting the platform chosen by the customer.
- The purchased goods can be returned within 14 days from the delivery date
- Returns made after the indicated deadline can be accepted exclusively at the discretion of Ribes of LOVE di SB
- To complete the return procedure, you must send a request by email to assistenza@ribesoflove.com
Customized products are regulated by ART. 59 of the Consumer Code: The right of withdrawal is excluded in relation to the "supply of goods made to measure or personalized".
Therefore, a product produced according to the consumer's specific requests, created from scratch specifically at his or her specific request, cannot be returned to the sender.
APPLICABLE LAW AND DISPUTE RESOLUTION
The General Conditions of Sale are governed by Italian law and in particular by Legislative Decree no. 206 of 6 September 2005 on the Consumer Code, with specific reference to the legislation on distance contracts, and by Legislative Decree no. 70 of 9 April 2003 on certain aspects concerning electronic commerce.
In the event of disputes between the seller and any end user, the competent court is that of Reggio Emilia.
