Ribes of LOVE Loyalty Program Regulations
Premises
Ribes of LOVE by Sara Bertelloni, with registered office in Montignoso (MS), via Piedimonte 3, VAT number IT01298530450, offers customers who wish to benefit from discounts, benefits, and services at the Ribes of LOVE store at via San Pietro 10, Massa (MS) and on the website www.ribesoflove.com. To take advantage of these benefits, you must become a holder of the "Ribes of LOVE Loyalty Program" Card: it is issued only virtual, not paper, and its use is governed by the following conditions (hereinafter also "Regulations"), which the "Recipient Customer" must read carefully. Activation of the virtual "Ribes of LOVE Loyalty Program" Card, as described in point 6 below, implies acceptance of these Regulations by the Customer. Ribes of LOVE reserves the right to periodically modify, even partially, these conditions, and the relative modifications will come into force after 10 (ten) consecutive days from their publication on www.ribesoflove.com/fidelitycard .
If the "Recipient Customer" does not accept the changes made, they will have the right to cancel their registration, a right which, however, they have at any time as specified below. Use of the virtual Card after the changes come into effect implies acceptance, by conclusive facts, of the changes made. Ribes of LOVE also reserves the right to suspend this loyalty program, temporarily or permanently, at any time, without the Customer having any right to complain (subject only to the respect of the rights already acquired by participants at that time), by giving notice on its website www.ribesoflove.com and/or at participating stores. 4. Type / name / purpose of the initiative / duration.
This is a promotional initiative consisting of a loyalty program that involves collecting points on a digital card called the "Ribes of LOVE Loyalty Program" and offering exclusive benefits to its holders. The purpose of the initiative is to foster customer loyalty through a loyalty program that offers benefits to customers who are holders of the "Ribes of LOVE Loyalty Program." Subject to the provisions of the preamble, point 7 ("How it Works") and point 10 ("Termination of the Program - Card Deactivation - Miscellaneous"), the "Ribes of LOVE Loyalty Program" card does not expire; accumulated points are valid for 365 days, after which they will be automatically deducted by the system.

Adult end customers who are holders of the “Ribes of LOVE Loyalty Program” Card according to the registration and operating methods indicated below.
6. Registration methods
The card for acquiring the “Silver Status” can be issued to the Customer in digital format directly from the aforementioned point of sale, or by registering on the website www.ribesoflove.com.
Registration for the loyalty program “ Ribes of LOVE loyalty program ” card will require the creation of a specific account “ Ribes of LOVE loyalty program ” which will allow the Customer to access their personal page on the brand's e-commerce site.
Each Customer may not activate more than one during its validity. The “ Ribes of LOVE loyalty program ” virtual card is for private and non-commercial use only.
Customers may freely request to be removed from the loyalty program at any time by contacting customer care at +39 3515881865 (this is a toll-free number. The cost is equivalent to a national call; the rate depends on your telephone provider.) or by sending an email to ribesoflove@gmail.com
7. Mode of operation.
There The “ Ribes of LOVE ” loyalty program virtual card will give customers the opportunity to reach 4 different STATUS by accumulating points on purchases. Depending on the status, customers will receive increasing rewards.
"Status":
- It is immediately acquired with the activation/registration of the profile on the website www.ribesoflove.com or with the physical purchase in store, in the latter only after acceptance of the manual registration on the device.
- Upon your first purchase, you automatically enter "Silver Status"
- Over 300 points you enter the "Rose Gold Status"
- Over 700 points you enter the "Gold status"
- Over 1200 points you enter the "Platinum Status"
8. Acquiring points.
Loyalty points will be automatically loaded onto your “ Ribes of LOVE ” loyalty program : Virtual card, worth one point for every euro spent, rounded down (e.g. €1.99 = 1 point). Subject to ongoing promotions and prior notification.
Points earned from purchases made on the e-commerce site will only be available after entering the registration information into your e-commerce account. To be eligible for points, the Customer must identify themselves before the receipt is issued by providing their last name and first name or the email address used to activate the account. For purchases made via e-commerce, the Customer must log in to the site using their credentials.
Failure to identify the Cardholder as described above will prevent the points from being added, nor will they be possible at a later date. Customers can check their accumulated points balance at any time by requesting it at a Ribes of LOVE store or by visiting www.ribesoflove.com and clicking the appropriate icon at the bottom right.
Points will be added and accounted for by the system daily; in the event of technical issues, they may be added within a longer period of up to 15 days. Returns will be debited with points according to the same criteria as credits. Issuing a "RibesofLOVE Gift Card" will result in the corresponding points being credited. Subsequent purchases paid partially or entirely with a Gift Card by the cardholder will therefore not generate any points credit for the portion of the receipt paid with the Gift Card.
Points doubling or tripling campaigns may be organized, and these will be adequately publicized. The Card is not a payment card in any way; the points accumulated cannot be transferred or converted into cash or products.
Points will automatically expire 365 days after profile activation, with customer notification via automatic system email 60 days prior and a final notification 10 days prior. Subject to changes or modifications.
9. Advantages.
II Customers who own The “ Ribes of LOVE ” loyalty program Card will be able to benefit from numerous discounts, promotional operations, prize operations, and special dedicated initiatives, which will be adequately advertised and communicated from time to time. The Customer will be able to take advantage of the dedicated benefits only upon digital presentation of his/her “ Ribes of LOVE loyalty program ” Card.
10. Program interruption – card deactivation – miscellaneous.
Ribes of LOVE by Sara Bertelloni reserves the right to modify, suspend or interrupt the loyalty program at any time and at its own discretion. The " Ribes of LOVE Loyalty Program " Card and related services. Notice of such changes, suspensions, or interruptions will be given by placing a suitable notice on the website www.ribesoflove.com and/or at participating stores. Without prejudice to any other rights provided by law, including the right to compensation for damages, Ribes of LOVE di Sara Bertelloni may revoke the Customer's right to use the Card and deactivate it in the event of use of the Card in violation of the conditions set forth in these Regulations or of use for fraudulent purposes or in a manner that is detrimental to the image and brand of "Ribes of LOVE." Furthermore, upon prior notification, Ribes of LOVE di Sara Bertelloni reserves the right to deactivate the Card. “ Ribes of LOVE Loyalty Program ” Card and its activation/registration in case of non-use of the Card or inactivity of the Customer for a period exceeding 5 years. In case of revocation and deactivation, the Customer will no longer be able to benefit from the advantages and services " Ribes of LOVE Loyalty Program " Sara Bertelloni's Ribes of LOVE Card is not responsible for any direct or indirect consequences related to malfunctions of the loyalty program beyond its control. Sara Bertelloni's Ribes of LOVE is not responsible for any fraudulent, improper, or abusive use of the Card.

I confirm that I have read the Regulations and Terms of Use above, that I have understood their content and that I accept all that is set out therein.

Participation implies that participants accept the rules and clauses contained in the regulations and terms and conditions document without limitation.
The Promoter assumes no responsibility for any access problems, impediments, malfunctions, or difficulties involving technical equipment, computers, tablets, smartphones, telephone lines, cables, electronics, software, hardware, transmission, connection, or internet connections beyond the control of the Promoter, which may prevent participants from accessing the participation site and participating in the prize draw and the initiative.
Access to this site www.ribesoflove.com and participation is free, connection costs will be exclusively those established by the participant with his/her own operator.
For anything not expressly provided for in this extract of the regulation, Presidential Decree 430/2001 will apply where applicable.
